Q: What payment types do you accept?

A: We accept  paypal that accepts,  credit card and online check draft for payment. In the case of online check draft, we will wait until funds are confirmed prior to delivering your order.

Q: I've made my purchase, what do I do now?

A: After receiving your order, WAHM Software will process it within 24 hours. If you ordered a membership, WAHM Software will send you an email with your login username/password to access the files in our software library. If you have purchased digital product(s), we will either email your product(s) as an attachment, or we will provide you with a link to download your product(s). If we email your product to you, as an attachment, we will *always* note the name and size of the file in the email. If that information is not included in the body of the email, or if that information doesn't match the file name/size of the attachment, contact us immediately, and we will resend the information. This safeguard is put in place to protect you from potential viruses.

Q: Speaking of viruses, how do I know it's safe to download & open these files?

A: We scan all files for viruses prior to sending them - every time. Files on our server are scanned daily for malicious code. Your security and privacy is important to us, and that is why we check and double check all files frequently, to ensure they are safe.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Because of the nature of digital products, we are not able to issue refunds, once the product has been sent.

Q: I found this great software/script that needs to be installed on my webserver (or template that needs modifications), I don't know how to do this....can you help?

A: We have contacted trusted business colleagues (who are work at home entrepreneurs), who have graciously agreed to provide template modification services and software/script installations. Please contact us, and we will put you in touch with a professional that can help you. There will be fees to have scripts installed.

Q: How will charges be listed on my credit card statement or paypal account statement?

A: All charges will be from ByOurShoeStrings.com Marketing and Business Development LLC (our parent company)
